From 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations become effective and Guernsey has enacted the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) 2017, Law to incorporate equivalent legislation.

Dominion Fund Management Limited (‘DFML’) which includes DFML’s associate companies and parent: Dominion Group Limited, wishes to advise of the way any personal data (‘Data’) that you may send via the internet, through the DFML website (‘Website’), is treated. However, if you choose to withhold requested information we may not be able to respond to you or provide certain services.

We will provide you with this information within one month of receiving your request and verifying your identity; • request the correction of the Personal Data we hold on you. This enables you to have incomplete or inaccurate data that we hold about you corrected; • request erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to request the deletion of your Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it (right to be forgotten).
