From 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations become effective and Guernsey has enacted the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) 2017, Law to incorporate equivalent legislation.

Dominion Fund Management Limited (‘DFML’) which includes DFML’s associate companies and parent: Dominion Group Limited, wishes to advise of the way any personal data (‘Data’) that you may send via the internet, through the DFML website (‘Website’), is treated. Accordingly, we have updated this Privacy Policy (‘Policy’) to explain the measures we take to keep your Data secure.

This enables you to request the deletion of your Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it (right to be forgotten).
