GoDaddy takes home “exceptional customer service” award seven years in a row!

GoDaddy is the world’s largest cloud platform dedicated to servicing “small independent ventures” - and if the Stevie Awards are anything to go by, it’s also the best. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are considered the world’s most prestigious honour for customer service, sales, and related professionals. And GoDaddy has been awarded top prize at them for the last seven years in a row.

This year, GoDaddy was the recipient of the Gold Stevie Award in the Contact Center of the Year category, as well as two silver awards for Leadership or Management Training Practice of the Year and Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year. It also took a home a bronze award in Innovation and Customer Service.

GoDaddy’s head of customer care, Auguste Goldman, said: "I am incredibly proud and humbled by the work of our global care team and the personalized service we give our customers. What is wonderful about being recognized as the Contact Center of the Year is not only the external validation of great work, but equally important is an appreciation for how our teams provide care to our customers - with unmatched knowledge and empathy."

Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher added: "All of our Stevie Award winners should be proud of their achievements. Independent professionals around the world have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of our public recognition."
