Nab Labs is a nationwide company which provides a comprehensive range of products in the environmental research and testing space. It’s particularly capable in the industrial process analytics and forestry sectors. This makes its operational footprint highly complimentary to Eurofins, which also maintains a strong network in Finland.

Having previously acquired Finnish laboratory groups Ramboll Labs and Ahma – in the south and north of the country respectively – this latest purchase firmly consolidates Eurofins position in Finland. It also marks it out clearly as the country’s market leader in environmental testing.

Commenting on the acquisition, Dr. Gilles Martin, Eurofins’ CEO, said:

“The acquisition of Nab Labs is another illustration of Eurofins’ commitment to consolidating the Group’s leading footprint in the markets where it operates. Together with the recently-acquired Ahma and Ramboll networks of laboratories in the country, we look forward to supporting these laboratories’ respective operations and further developing their capabilities to continue providing customers in Finland with the highest level of analytical service.”
