Bright Horizons named as one of “100 Bes Companies to Work For” by Fortune Magazine
Influential business and management publication Fortune Magazine has released its 2019 list of “100 Best Companies to Work For”. This list curates the companies offering employees everything from a pleasant place to work to great training and benefits, and it’s an important metric in recruitment circles. That’s why its great news for investors that Bright Horizons Family Solutions has made the list for an impressive 18th time! And this year, it’s the only education provider featured.

Bright Horizons, which operates around 1,100 early learning centres in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Canada, and India, partners with about the same number of leading employers, providing their staff with top-notch child care and pre-school education options. The company looks after as many as 120,000 children annually, and employs the best staff it can find to do so.
The company’s CEO, Stephen Kramer, made the following comment over the award: “While public recognition of our culture certainly makes me proud, what makes me prouder still is that this honour is a direct result of feedback from members of the Bright Horizons family. Of the top 100 list in general, more than half are companies that Bright Horizons works with, demonstrating that the positive workplace culture that’s being celebrated might catching! The company also beat the Street on its latest earnings release (see here) proving that the company is doing more than one thing well!
